Born and bred in Congo ( DRC) and now living in Cape Town, I've always been passionate and obsessed with fitness and being in shape.

I am a professional trainer with 17 years experience in boxing, muscle building, core strength, weight loss and conditioning.

I am disciplined, reliable and focused on my clients needs with 100% effective results.
